It is possible to retrieve the current PC Client log & configuration from the PC Client application by selecting “Collect support information”:

This will display a pop-up from which you can select which information you wish to select:

Upon selecting “OK”, you will be prompted to select a location for the download. The download will comprise of a zip file containing files for the options selected.
