Accessing and Logging in at FUJIFILM BI Cloud Terminal
This section describes various methods how to log into the FUJIFILM BI Cloud Terminal.
Logging in using PIN
- Type in your PIN using the external keyboard and tap “Login”.
- You are logged in.
Logging in using Username/Password
- Tap the text fields to enter your username and your password and then tap “Login”.
- You are logged in.
Logging in using a card
- Swipe your card on the card reader attached to the device.
- You are logged in.
If an unknown card is used at the card reader, the following screen is displayed:

Logging in using a card or PIN
- Swipe your card on the card reader attached to the device or type in your PIN using the external keyboard and then tap “Login”.
- You are logged in.
Logging in using a card or username/password
- Swipe your card on the card reader attached to the device or tap the text fields to enter your username and password and then tap “Login”.
- You are logged in.
Activating a New ID Card
Registering a New Card by Entering Your Username And Password
- Place your card on the card reader attached to the device.
- Enter your username and password, and tap the “Activate” button.
If there is no password assigned to the user account, the admin can generate a one-time password for the user. - After a successful assignment process, you will be logged into the device and the new card will be assigned to your user account.
Logging in with the machine administrator account
To change settings and configure the device, you can log in as a machine administrator from the authentication screen or DCF / error screens that can appear instead of the authentication screen.
- Press the logo in the upper left corner for at least 5 seconds.
- Tap “Log In as Administrator” and enter admin credentials.
Printing on FUJIFILM BI device
There are two ways to release print jobs. You can print all waiting jobs or select individual jobs from a list.
Print all quick action
To print all queued jobs select “Print all” in the quick actions menu after logging in.
If there are no jobs to be printed, the “Print all” quick action will be disabled.
Release specified jobs
To release only specific jobs navigate to the Print application using the “My print jobs” quick actions menu.
On the “Waiting” tab, select one or more jobs you wish to print.
After your selected jobs are marked, tap the “Print” button.
Jobs that you have insufficient rights to print or are unable to be printed on a machine will be marked as “Unavailable”.
If new jobs are sent during the running MFD session, you can load those by tapping the “Reload jobs” button.
To see the previously printed jobs, navigate to the “Printed” tab at the top of the screen.
Print progress
Upon releasing jobs, whether through “Print all” or the “My print jobs” menu, the following overlay will appear:
Above the overall progress, the status of the currently processed job is displayed, with one of the following values:
- Waiting – The job is yet to be processed.
- Printing – The server tries to print the document from any location that has network visibility to the printer. If there is no network visibility, the print method will change to “Downloaded and printing”.
- Downloading – The job is being downloaded for print by Cloud Terminal.
- Downloaded and printing – The downloaded job is being printed by Cloud Terminal.
After the last job has been delivered, a success screen will appear for a short duration.
