Enable extensible services browser

Enable the Extensible Services Browser; otherwise, it is not possible to choose pull print at the printer.

1. Open the printer’s web page and click on the Properties tab.
2. Click General Setup and then Extensible Service Setup.
3. Under Browser Settings check the Enable the Extensible Services Browser, and click Apply.
   

Enable Accounting on the printer

1. Open the printer’s web page and click on the Properties tab.
2. Select Accounting
3. Click Accounting Configuration
4. On the Accounting Configuration select the Xerox Standard Accounting
5. Click Apply. Click OK.

Enable Authentication on the printer

1. Open the printer’s web page and click on the Properties tab.
2. Select Security.
3. Click Authentication Configuration.
4. On the Accounting Configuration select the Xerox Secure Access.

1. Click Apply. Click OK.
2. Configure the Device and/or the Service access according to the customer setup for blocking access to device.

Create certificate on the printer

1. Open the printer’s web page and click on the Properties tab.
2. Click Security and then Certificate Management.
3. Click Add.
4. Select Create Xerox Device Certificate.
5. Click Continue.
6. Complete the form with the requested information (Use Printers hostname for CN).
7. Click Finish.
   

Embedded Plug-ins

1. Open the printer’s web page and click on the Properties tab.
2. Click Security and then select Plug-in settings.
3. Click Plug-in Settings.
4. Upload the plugin needed for the reader.
5. Click Finish.
