Y Soft guarantees comprehensive support and assistance exclusively for Y Soft-manufactured card readers. For card readers not manufactured by Y Soft, while they may be compatible, the responsibility for support, including configuration and any required troubleshooting, falls solely upon the customer in cooperation with the manufacturer of the respective card reader. We strongly encourage customers to verify the support terms and services directly with the manufacturer prior to purchase and use with our systems.
