SAFEQ Cloud Client log download

You can retrieve the current SAFEQ Cloud Client log & configuration from the SAFEQ Cloud Client application by selecting Collect support information:

This will display a pop-up from which you can select which information you wish to select:

Click OK. You will be prompted to select a location for the download. The download contains a zip archive with files for the selected options.

If the UI is unavailable (e.g. SAFEQ Cloud Client was not installed successfully), you can extract install logs for debugging here:

  • Windows: C:\ProgramData\safeqclientcore\install_logs
  • macOS: /Library/safeqclientcore/install_logs

In addition on the Windows operating system, some important events (e.g. updates, installation, security checks, etc. ) are logged into the Windows Event log.
