Fixes and Improvements

Terminals, User Interfaces

Mobile Print Server now supports A5 paper size. (SQC-8212)

Users with a long username (between 36-48 characters and more) can now scan on HP devices as the number of characters that the token can contain has been extended. (SBT-4602)

On the Epson Embedded Terminal, if the 'Disable Print Function' is selected for a user in rules, the print menu on the terminal will be greyed out, but all other functions will be accessible. (SBT-4475)

Installation and Administration

An administrator can now install the Ricoh SOP Embedded Terminal on a device with or without a valid device certificate when HTTPS is enabled or disabled. (SQC-8208)

FlexiSpooler now merges advanced finishing options from the print request with those from job information. (SBT-4676)

Scan workflow will complete successfully even if the following special characters are in the text input field: <, >, &. (SBT-4662)

A print job that is in status 'Spooler Error' will now be visible on the embedded terminal. (SBT-4652)

In case of failure, the YSoft SafeQ Client v3 will display an error message. The user will still be able to retry the workflow. (SBT-4642)

An error message will now be displayed in the YSoft SafeQ Client v3 and log file when the identity provider is not accessible. (SBT-4636)

The print status reporting error in Job Service has now been resolved. (SBT-4637)

When importing users from CSV in the management interface, the administrator will be notified about an incomplete import of card numbers. (SBT-4395)

Security Mitigation and Enhancements

When changing user details (for example, deleting the user or their card) and clicking 'Update data on Spooler Controllers,' the current state is propagated to all SPOCs, leaving no stale data and allowing the user to authenticate at selected terminals (SBT-4598)

Customers who use YSoft SafeQ extensions or customizations should contact their Y Soft RSM or Customer Support Services for compatibility verification with the new Build. We recommend testing all extensions before applying a Build update into a production environment.
