UP Connector Known Issues and Limitations

Microsoft Universal Print

The following list is directly related to Microsoft's product "Universal Print" (thus outside of Y Soft control):

• Maximum job size
  • Windows 10 versions 1909 - 21H1: Maximum job size supported by Microsoft Universal Print is 100 MB

  • Windows 10 versions 21H2 and higher: Microsoft limits an individual user to submit up to 1 GB print jobs or a series of print jobs that add up to 1 GB within 15 minutes.

• Maximum job retention time in the UP cloud queue is 2 days (i.e. connector has 2 days to download queued jobs)
