Quick Copy (No Settings)
From My Quick Actions, tap Quick Copy
Place your document on the scanner
The copy will be made with default settings
Copy with Custom Settings
From My Quick Actions, tap Copy
Place your document on the scanner
Adjust basic settings:
Color Mode: Choose Auto (detects color automatically), Color, or Black & White
Auto mode automatically detects original colors and accounts for copied pages accordingly
Sides: Select single-sided or double-sided copying
Number of Copies: Enter desired quantity
Access advanced settings (optional):
Tap the Advanced Settings tab for more options:
Paper Tray: Choose which paper tray to use
Paper Size: Select specific paper size
Density: Adjust lightness/darkness
Original → Output: Set input/output format
Combine: Combine multiple pages
Stapling: Configure staple mode, position, and angle
Zoom: Resize documents (see Zoom section below)
Hole Punch: Set hole punch mode and position
Note: Only settings supported by your specific device will be displayed
Tap Copy to start copying
ID Card Copy (If Available)
If your administrator has enabled this feature:
Tap ID Copy from Quick Actions
This special function copies both sides of an ID or IC card onto one sheet of paper
Understanding Zoom Features
The Zoom function automatically resizes documents based on available paper sizes:
How Zoom Works:
Auto Paper Tray: Zoom options match all available paper sizes in the device (A3, A4, B5, etc.)
Specific Paper Tray: Zoom limited to that tray's paper size
Manual Tray: Zoom behavior depends on your paper size selection
Zoom Examples:
A4 original → A3 zoom = Document enlarged to A3 size
A3 original → B6 zoom = Document scaled down to B6 size
Auto settings = Document scaled to fit manually loaded paper
Important Zoom Notes:
Zoom and Combine functions cannot be used together
Auto-rotation feature must be enabled on your device
Supported sizes: A0-A6, B0-B6, Letter, Legal, Executive, Ledger
