Xerox Cloud Terminal now supports configurable session timeouts (up to 15 minutes), with smart handling that pauses during active use and logs out users immediately upon leaving the app (HCP-14527)

Users now have an easier way to delegate their printing and scanning (scan to download workflow) to other users. Previously, this was only possible by the administrator, now the functionality is also available to users - a new “Sharing” section in “My Profile".

(tick) Scan to download (My documents) (HCP-13992)

A new scan connector is now available: scan to download. It’s designed for customers who don’t use cloud storage and prefer not to send scanned documents via email.

This workflow securely stores the documents in the cloud, the users are notified via email with a download link. The scanned documents are also available via 'My Documents' section in “My Profile".
