Booklet printing nests paper sheets while folding (HBT-6216)
Papers are no longer folded individually during booklet printing, if the finisher supports it. This follows the native Xerox driver behaviour.
EIP version 5.3.3 or newer is required for this change to take effect.
Booklet center stapling now works on Xerox AltaLink 81xx/82xx series (HBT-6441)
Booklet center (saddle) stapling was not applied when printing from the terminal on AltaLink 81xx/82xx series devices. The finishing options have been corrected, so it now prints as expected.
Keyboard now hides automatically after email search (HBT-6358)
When multiple scan jobs were submitted in rapid succession within a single user session (e.g. combining tray and glass scans), the terminal occasionally failed to finalize one of the jobs, so it was not delivered. The terminal now correctly finishes every scan job, even under heavy, back-to-back scanning.
Terminal no longer gets stuck on "Please wait" on devices without a scanner (HBT-6457)
On devices without a scanner (e.g. B620), the terminal could stay stuck on the "Please wait" screen during startup. The device's service list is now handled correctly, so the terminal starts up normally.
Completed scan jobs are now reliably confirmed and delivered (HBT-6450)
When accounting processing took too long, the session token could expire before the scan job was confirmed, so the job was never finalized. Completed scan jobs are now confirmed regardless of accounting, so scan-to-email is delivered reliably.
Version 2026.05.14
All scan jobs are now reliably delivered (HBT-5748)
When multiple scan jobs were submitted in rapid succession within a single user session (e.g. combining tray and glass scans), the terminal occasionally failed to finalize one of the jobs, so it was not delivered. The terminal now correctly finishes every scan job, even under heavy, back-to-back scanning.
Version 2026.04.30
AltaLink gen 3 devices no longer become stuck after canceling print (HBT-6276)
Print progress is no longer stuck in a “canceling” status while an ongoing print operation was canceled.
Advanced finishing options working during gateway print (HBT-5383)
Stapling and punching combinations supported by the Xerox driver are now correctly printed from the terminal as well, during the gateway print delivery method.
EIP version 5.3.3 or newer is required for this change to take effect.
