  4. Or go alternative - if your company uses an identity provider (Microsoft, Google, etc.), tap the button on the log in page that pops up.

The Fun Part: Actually Printing Stuff! 🎉

Method 1: The "Share" Spectacular (Our Personal Favorite)

This works from literally ANY app that can share files. We're talking photos, PDFs, that important document you definitely didn't forget about until 5 minutes ago...

  1. Open whatever app has your document (Photos, Files, Email, Safari, that random productivity app you downloaded but never use)

  2. Tap the Share button (you know, that little box with an arrow jumping out of it)

  3. Find "SAFEQ Cloud" in the share menu and tap it

  4. Customize your settings:

    • Print queue: Pick your printer

    • Copies: How many do you actually need? (Be honest)

    • Color: Color or black & white

    • Paper size: A4, Letter, or "I have no idea what size this should be"

    • Orientation: Portrait, landscape, or "let the printer figure it out"

    • Sides: Single or double-sided

  5. Tap "Send" and watch the magic happen ✨

Method 2: The "Direct Upload" Approach

For when you want to go straight to the source:

  1. Open the SAFEQ Cloud app

  2. Tap the "+" button at the bottom (it's begging to be pressed)

  3. Pick your files from the system file picker

  • For iOS 15 and below: Open system print, pinch to zoom on the preview (yes, really), tap share from the PDF preview

Printing a webpage from Safari? Go to the share menu, tap "Options," and make sure "PDF" is selected. Then SAFEQ Cloud will magically appear in your share options!
