How to Print (Spoiler Alert: You Already Know This)

Step 1: Do What You've Always Done

1. Open your document (Word, Excel, PDF, that meme you want to print for your colleague)

2. Click File → Print (or press Ctrl+P if you're feeling fancy)

3. Select your printer from the list, this could be “Secure Print” if you have that capability, or printing directly to the printers you know and love

4. Click Print

Step 2: There Is No Step 2

That's it. Seriously. Your document has been sent, is in the process of being printed directly or now safely queued and waiting for you at the printer.

My Printer Isn't Listed

• Check: Is the SAFEQ Cloud PC Client installed and running?

My Job Isn't at the Printer

• Did you actually click Print? (We've all been there)

• Wait: Sometimes jobs take a moment to appear, especially large files

The Printer Says "Unavailable"

• Translation: Either the printer can't handle your job, or you don't have permission to print it

• Solution: Try a different printer or check with your administrator about permissions
