The Magic of Auto-Setup ✨

Good news! Setting up Breeze accounts for users is easier than you think.

When a user installs the PC Client for the first time, we'll automatically create the user account in SAFEQ Cloud Breeze. No forms to fill out, no waiting for approval - just install, login, and you're ready to go!

How It Works 🔄

Here's the simple process for users to follow:

  • Your administrator will send you a special download link

  • This link is personalized for your organization

  • Click it to download the PC Client installer

Step 2: Install the PC Client 💻

⚠️ Important: You'll need local administrator rights on your computer to install the PC Client. If you don't have admin rights, contact your IT team for help with the installation.

  • Run the installer you just downloaded

  • Follow the setup wizard (it's pretty straightforward!)

  • The PC Client will install on your computer

Step 3: Log In and Get Created! 🎉

  • Once installed the PC Client runs automatically

  • Here's where the magic happens: Breeze automatically detects this is your first login and creates your user account behind the scenes

  • You're now all set up and ready to print!

What Gets Created? 👤

When you log in for the first time, Breeze automatically sets up:

  • ✅ Your user profile

  • ✅ Connection to your organization's SAFEQ Cloud Breeze environment

Need Help? 🆘

Can't Install?

  • Check if you have local admin rights on your computer

  • Contact your IT team if you need help with permissions

Login Issues?

  • Make sure you're using the correct credentials

  • Verify you downloaded from the link provided by your administrator

Account Not Created?

  • Try logging out and back in

  • Contact your administrator if the issue persists

For Administrators 👨‍💼👩‍💼

Want to get your users set up? Simply:

  1. Copy the download link from your admin panel.
    You’ll find it at the top of the admin portal

  2. Share it with your users

  3. Ensure they have the local admin rights to install

  4. Sit back and watch as accounts get created automatically when they log in!
