Quick Setup π
Adding a new printer takes less than 2 minutes:
Step 1: Navigate to Printers

Go to Printers in your admin panel

Click the Add button β
Step 2: Enter Printer Details
Fill in these essential details:
π Printer Name
Give it a friendly name your users will recognize
π‘ Example: "Reception Color Printer" or "3rd Floor HP"
π IP Address
Enter the printer's network address
π‘ Usually found on the printer's display menu or network settings
π Vendor
Choose your printer brand from the dropdown
Step 3: Save and You're Done!
Click Save β and your new printer is ready to go!
What Happens Next? π
Once saved, your printer will:

π Appear in the system for admin management

π₯ Become available to users (based on location settings, and the PC Client synchronisation)
