Getting Started

Logging In

Your login method depends on your organization's setup. You may use:

  • Card: Place your card on the card reader

  • PIN: Enter your PIN number

  • Username/Password: Enter your credentials

Follow the instructions shown on the login screen.

Logging Out

  • Tap the logout button in the top-right corner of the screen, OR

  • If using card authentication, simply place your card on the reader again


đź“„ Printing Documents

Quick Print All Jobs

  1. After logging in, you'll see the My Quick Actions screen

  2. Tap Print All to release all your pending print jobs at once

    • Note: This button appears grayed out if you have no jobs waiting

Print Specific Jobs

  1. From the My Quick Actions screen, tap My Print Jobs

  2. Browse the list and select the specific job(s) you want to print

  3. Optional: Customize your print settings by tapping the gear icon next to your selected job

    • Adjust color settings (color vs. black & white)

    • Change sides (single-sided vs. double-sided)

    • Modify number of copies

    • Note: Settings can only be modified for jobs sent through SAFEQ Cloud methods

  4. Tap Print to start printing

Print Status & Troubleshooting

  • Progress tracking: After tapping Print, you'll see a status screen showing progress

  • Completion confirmation: When finished, you'll see "Job sent for print"

  • New jobs: If you sent additional jobs during your session, tap Reload Jobs to refresh the list

  • Unavailable jobs: Jobs marked as "Unavailable" cannot be printed due to either:

    • Device limitations (printer can't handle the job type)

    • Insufficient user permissions

  • Error handling: If jobs fail to print, you'll receive an error message with details
