π OneDrive Workflow: Team-Specific Access Then we'll get more targeted by assigning your OneDrive for Business workflow specifically to the Sales team. This is a great example of strategic rollout - maybe the Sales team handles lots of client documents that need organized storage, while other departments aren't quite ready for this advanced workflow yet.

One Final Step for OneDrive, SharePoint and Google users! π
Before your Sales team can start enjoying their new OneDrive for Business, SharePoint and Google workflows, there's one crucial step they need to complete.
IT admins need to authorise the app first, and then each user will need to click the authorization link in the SAFEQ Cloud portal to connect their accounts. This is giving SAFEQ Cloud permission to deliver their scanned documents safely to their destination - without this authorization, the workflow won't appear as an option at the MFP.
Make sure to let your teams know that this quick authorization step is essential. It's a simple one-time setup that unlocks all that scanning goodness we just configured.
