KM - Disable the ID and print option on the MFD

At the MFD, disable the ID & Print option as follows:

Tap option 3 - Administrator Settings.

Enter the Administrator password for the MFD; then tap OK.

The default password is 12345678.

Tap option 4 - User Authentication/Account Track.

Tap option 2 - User Authentication Settings.

Tap option ID & Print Settings.

Select options as described below; then tap OK.
