In the SAFEQ Cloud Web UI navigation menu, expand Reports and click to one of the sub menu items Overview, Users or Printers. The last option Legacy reports is described Legacy reports chapter.

Enhanced reporting - Users
Common
Enhanced reporting is right now available only for Customers and Customer containers.
Only users with ViewReport right might see the Enhanced reports in menu.
Date range
All reports have the Report period selector, which allows the user to select one of the prepared date ranges. Last Week, Last Month, Last quarter and Last Year. You can also set Custom date range.
Reports with range bigger than 90 days show data by month, shorter by day.

Export
Each chart can be exported to CSV, MS Excel or downloaded as image by clicking … and selecting one of the options under the Download menu.
Overview
Overview reports contain the brief overview and summary information about all active user’s Prints and Copies.
Users
Users reports are divided into 3 main categories: Users, Departments and User groups based on the user who printed / copied the document.
Users
Users reports contain all details about how the end users are printing or copying documents aggregated to the user level.
Departments
Departments reports level up the detail to the whole departments.
User can belong to only one department at once.
User groups
User groups reports similarly as departments reports level up the detail to the whole user groups, but in this case user data is calculated for each group that user belongs to.
User can belong to more than one user group. This may affect the total number of prints/copies/pages for all user groups as each document can be calculated more times.
Printers
Printers reports are divided into 2 main categories: Printers and Containers based on printer where the document was printed / copied.
Printers
Printers reports contain all details about how the printers are being used aggregated to the printer level detail.
Containers
Container reports level up the detail to the whole container to which the printer belongs.
Right now only the leaf container from the tree structure will be mentioned in the reports.
